MUTEK.AE has revealed the complete performance program for its 3rd MICRO MUTEK edition in Dubai, set to take place on May 4 and 5, 2024, at Alserkal Avenue. The festival will showcase a diverse lineup featuring a total of 26 performances from 38 international and regional digital artists and electronic musicians. Earlybird Passports are available until April 6th when prices increase. Day Passes and individual tickets are now on sale for attendees to secure their access to this vibrant celebration of electronic music and digital creativity.

Joining the program for this year’s edition is 404.Zero, NSDOS, Temp Illusion x Amir B. Ash, Flabbergast, and Guillaume Coutu Dumont — Les Empires. Resound UAE will showcase regional performances with Double Slit and Shoombufo while the Society of Arts and Technology from Montreal will take over Dome Screenings with their SAT Film Compilation and Manami Sakamoto x Yuri Urano — Metaract. Joining the lineup from our open call for regional artists are Erika Tsuchiya x Josh Rodenberg with a Dome Live show and Tormoz x Guess Lou, and Sébastien Schnabel x Mandibu with Dome Screenings. Cyrill Reaidy and Tarik Omar x Sukatoyo will be performing at Play.

The Play Series unfolds in the captivating ambiance of The Fridge while the Nocturne Series, hosted at the popular Concrete venue, presents atmospheric grooves and innovative frequencies with our late-night electronic music performances. Dome Live shows and Dome Screenings Hemisphere 141, give festival-goers a 360-degree, immersive experience, taking place on both days of the festival.

Adding to the performances is Digi Lab, the educational and professional development component of the festival. Now open for applications and registrations are the TouchDesigner Workshop presented by Markus Heckmann from TouchDesigner by Derivative and Performance Lab co-hosted by Peter Kirn and sér. Digi Lab will also feature two-panel talks with industry professionals and artists discussing capacity building and opportunities unique to the region.
